If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place any order.

The Website offers digital and print subscription services for THE WEEK magazine. All subscription products are:

5. Pricing, GST & Currency
- All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Magazines are exempt from GST as per current Indian tax law; applicable taxes will be clearly disclosed at checkout if any.
- Prices are subject to change. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of confirmation.
- Shipping charges apply to all orders. We do not provide free shipping on subscription orders or single-issue purchases. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout and vary based on the order type.
6. Accepted Payment Methods

- In the event of payment failure or a pricing/stock error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund within 7 business days.
8. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription order before dispatch by emailing us at subscribe@theweek.in.
- Cancellation requests received before dispatch will be processed, and a refund will be initiated within 7 business days.
- Once a subscription has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled for that issue.
- For UPI or wallet mandates, cancellation and refund timelines will align with the respective payment partner's processing timeline.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of The Malayala Manorama Co Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws and international treaties.
