THE WEEK magazine subscriptions and single-issue orders are delivered across India. Shipping charges apply based on the type of order. We dispatch to all Indian states, union territories, and remotely serviceable PIN codes, including Jammu & Kashmir, all North-Eastern states, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We ship to all states and union territories within India.
- Delivery is available to all serviceable PIN codes, including Jammu & Kashmir, all North-Eastern states, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

5. Courier Partners
THE WEEK magazine is dispatched through the following courier and delivery partners:
- DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd
- India Post Magazine Post / Speed Post
- Authorised non-scheduled local couriers for certain areas
- Hand delivery for select locations within serviceable zones
The choice of courier partner for your delivery is at the Company's discretion based on serviceability and efficiency for your PIN code.
6. Order Tracking
- Order tracking information is shared via email and/or WhatsApp upon dispatch, where available.
- For deliveries via India Post or non-scheduled couriers, tracking may not be available in all cases.
- If you have not received your copy within the expected delivery window, please contact our Customer Support team.
7. Undelivered / Returned Packages

8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please email subscribe@theweek.in immediately. Cancellations made before dispatch will be processed, and a full refund will be initiated within 7 business days. Once an issue has been dispatched, it cannot be recalled or cancelled.
9. Shipping for Gifted Subscriptions
Gifted subscription orders are shipped to the recipient's address provided at the time of order. Please ensure the recipient's address is complete and accurate. The Company is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, postal strikes, government-imposed restrictions, pandemic-related disruptions, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, we will endeavour to communicate with affected subscribers and offer appropriate remedies such as subscription extension.
